I won’t be getting one this year nor another Covid booster as the last one I got caused my heart to go into a serious tachycardia spell. I could actually feel heat in my heart area. Like a race cars tires as an analogy. I’m scared now.

Have the flu jab every year. So far, no problems.

Have had the flu jab every year since its inception - I am now 86 years old - and never had any bad effects to report ...no have I ever contracted the flu.

However, this year is the first time I have had both the flu and covid jab together - I would have preferred them separately - as previous Pfizer jabs did have detrimental effects ... and in my opinion we're the reason I was hospitalised following my previous two Pfizer jabs.

I reported these to my GP and practice nurse - and she just laughed out loud - and said the jabs would not have had the effects I raised.

However, it was only after the second jab and hospitalisation - that they discovered I was a carbon retainer - and gave me a card to carry to inform para medics in future - despite being quite healthy and mobile prior to those jabs.

So to conclude having the Pfizer and Flu jabs together following the previous Pfizer jabs alone - did not appear to have any further detrimental - except that by then I had been given an NIV machine to use while sleeping to remove carbon build up - which had never been evident to me previously.

see previous....can't cut and paste!?!?

I had both of them and this time I felt awful for quite some time. It took me over 2weeks to recover from it.

No idea how this “survey” is meant to be used to give updated advice. Only 2 (?) questions asked and very basic, not a full and (in my opinion) useful survey!

I was born with PCD, had bronchiectasis at least 55 years. Have had flu jab every year since became available. One year despite jab had flu, put me in bed for nearly 3 months, so now always hope they got formula correct. Hear though that new flu jab has been developed that hope will protect against all current flu viruses, fingers crossed. Jean x
