Eye Injections -Please Helo!
I am very frightened of eye injections and needles into eyes! I cannot get myself to do this! I need the Eylea medication, but just cannot handle this! Is there someone out there experiencing this who can help me? The doctors are indifferent and do not care. I need a friend :( Please Helo!

Inflammation increased by Peg?
I was diagnosed with PV 4 years ago, at age 49. For the past 2 years I was taking Pegasys. Inflammation has been present for most of that time, and six months ago, it led to a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Because of this, I am currently being weened from my Pegasys, without another plan in place

Dry etes
Has anyone had any success in treating dry eyes? Mine developed when I had a really bad inflammatory flare up of my hashimotos. I’ve tried over the counter products and those prescribed by my optician but nothing is helping. They feel very itchy, scratchy, and look red.

Hair issues
I've seen post about hair thinning and other hair problems which cause us all distress adding to our other problems related to Pred and PMR. I've been on pred since last April and noticed I was shedding a lot of hair from November onwards, I had my hair cut shorter than my usual shoulder length to chin

Dry eye from Lercanidipine
I have been on Lercanidipine 20mg for just over 2 months now and seem to have tolerated it well enough. Have had sever reactions to several other blood pressure meds in the past. I have had chronic dry eye symptoms the last couple of weeks out of nowhere. Despite buying & using several ocular drops

Eylea injection side effects
I received an injection 3 days ago. I am still in a lot of pain and very sensitive to light. In the past my pain and light sensitivity are reduced significantly the day after the injection. Should I be concerned?

MRD Testing after treatment. Help!
Is this good? Have to wait until tomorrow to actually speak to someone. Peripheral blood, flow cytometric immunophenotyping: Normal immunophenotyping results. No monotypic B-cell population identified. Comment: Minimal residual disease (MRD) analysis is intended to detect small clonal populations of

Two good appointments with GP in a row! Plus opinions on blood results, plz.
Just had my second appt in a row where the GP said my symptoms were more important than the numbers on my blood test results. Two GPs, same practise, so things're looking up. My latest blood results from Tuesday 21st, after 1 week taking 100 mcg/day, the week before 100 six days and 75 one day, the

Hair transplant and CLL
Has anyone here with CLL had a hair transplant (after early stage diagnosis?) Is that safe or crazy? I'm relatively young to have it and I guess a bit vain but am not sure if the CLL makes no difference or the trauma encourages it.....

Ocrevus-where are you??
I received my 2 half doses of ocrevus in July and August. I was due for my first full dose yesterday. I didn’t receive it because it was day four in the hospital. A month ago I started a relapse and it was discovered by an MRI that I have a new lesion growing in my thoracic. I did three doses of 1000

Synarel anyone?
Hi, I have just been prescribed Synarel nasal spray to gear me up for implantation. Has anyone got experience with it? I have just taken my first dose and it’s run down the back of my throat leaving a taste so bad I had to drink water in an effort to wash it down. I feel like I must have done it wrong

Vision therapy.
Hi I've been having a few conversation on here about vision therapy lately. There is a distinct lack of understanding in the UK medical establishment about this therapy. As you all know fatigue and other issues are largely caused by sensory overload, especially light sensitivity and visual problems.
