Adcal-D3 and Alendronic Acid
When pred was first prescribed I was also prescribed Adcal-D3 and Alendronic Acid. Why? Are these reduced as the pred is reduced, now on 8 down from 20?

Biopsy. Sent the wrong results. Botched hysterectomy
Hi there. I’ve just had biopsy from a lap back and it says it was endo. I didn’t understand how as I’ve had a hysterectomy nearly 2 years ago, I’ve never been diagnosed with it before. They found a cyst in June and was told it was on my ovary ( which I don’t have) . I asked my surgeon to give me a bit

Lap with general gynae found no endo, should I pay for a second opinion with endo specialist?
Hi, sorry for long post, going into detail in the hope someone recognises symptoms. I have had pelvic pain most days for around five years. Mar 2019 I had a laparoscopy to look for endo. None was found but they did find adhesions around my bowel and appendix. I was referred to the surgical team but they

Pelvic muscle spasm
Has anyone else suffered with Pelvic muscle spasm after a full hysterectomy? I’m 8 months post Op and still feel rubbish! I’m waiting for my appointment to come through to see the hospital physio but just wondered if there was anything anyone could recommend to do at home to help in the meantime?

Anyone else with Inguinal Endo?
I’ve had endo for best part of 16yrs, numerous laps, hysterectomy. After suffering the most horrendous right sided pain my last lap in Sept found Inguinal Endo, with something like a 0.07% rarity! As well as this i was diagnosed with IC last July and that seems to b rearing it’s ugly head again. Just

Advanced Endo
Hi I’m a 30 years+ endo sufferer. After repeated laps I had a full hysterectomy last Feb due to a groin flair and adenomyosis. I am still having significant groin pain to the pint I could cry. For the last year or so I have been seen by orthopaedic who keep saying nothing is wrong even though I explained

Hysterectomy
My referring gynaecologist has already told me I will need
radical
surgery with a full
hysterectomy
including removal of the ovaries, removal of any areas of endometriosis, possibly removal of a section of my bowel.

Should I have a hysterectomy?
I have several fibroids and an enlarged uterus. My gynaecologist has offered two options: uterine artery embolisation or a hysterectomy, removing the only the uterus and leaving the cervix, ovaries and fallopian tubes. I am (nearly) 37 and do not want children. The fibroids were so bad, I had to be rushed

Goodbye womb you served me well!
So this morning I will be having my hysterectomy. I am terrified. I have to be honest. I’m convinced I am going to die. That’s my anxiety for you! My womb although it’s riddled with stage 4 endo has safely carried 3 beautiful children and sadly lost 1 beautiful angel 💔 I’m not sure if I’ve fully
