The role of vitamin B -12 in Thyroid health

Discussion about Xofigo with my oncologist today
I met with my oncologist today and we discussed the use of Xofigo. He asked me if I would consider starting it and I told him I was concerned because I heard recently of quite a few people who have had their blood numbers "crash" after using it. I always thought that it was something you did when everything

Results Day
Hi all, I’m a little bit terrified right now as today I get my results x I’m 45 years old and had a laporoscopy in March to remove an ovarian cyst and after biopsies I was told on April 17th that I have clear cell carcinoma of the ovary. They said after a CT scan that they think it’s stage 1 possibly

Vision Loss after Chemo
Wondering if anyone has had vision loss after/during chemo? I just got my 5th dose of Radium 223, a couple of days later my right eye was blurry and then I lost 80% of vision in that eye! The Oncologists say not tumor related and the opthomologist say they don't see anything wrong either! (After a

What Every PWP Needs To Know About Probiotics For Their Symptoms and Quality of Life
There are many potential reasons why probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics may be useful for PWPs. Although the great majority of PD / probiotic studies involve animals, there are many human studies that show benefits that would definitely be useful for PWPs! In this first study, it is shown that probiotics

My journey started March 2016
I have been a reader and sometimes give a small answer but haven't put my "details" out there. Since all of us are different in this fight we look for similarities. Yonsa vs Zytiga
Why would anyone even want to take Zytiga now that Yonsa has been FDA approved?! "The Yonsa formulation of Yonsa is developed to have a smaller overall particle size. Were in trouble here ...
Hello all, My dad has been sleeping almost around the clock for several days. No appetite-very weak. 2-unit transfusion on Friday did nothing for him, except add exhaustion. I’m beating myself up pretty bad tonight, esp because of all the great posts here on this site. Great advice-great suggestions
