Have had a really down few weeks due to a family member, I suffer from depression and anxiety and take 40mg of fluoxetine a day and Diazepam when needed.

I feel out of my mind, suicide thoughts, self harming, irritating habits, not eating, it's awful

Hello Bethany_rachel and welcome to this community. So sorry you have been feeling so down over the past few weeks. Have you contacted your Health Professional recently and let them know how you are feeling? Do you know what triggered it recently? We would like to help, you are not alone in your suffering and there are other folks on this community which will have experienced similar feeling/thoughts to yourself. They may be able to respond to you with their coping mechanisms that can perhaps help you, also you will not be judged. I hope this can help you a little. Thank you my mom was suddenly diagnosed with Leukaemia recently that's what's triggered it all off again and I'm finding it hard to be strong for her like everyone keeps telling me to do :/
