I had some amazing advice on here a few months back and streamlined the supplements that I was taking. I am hypothyroid and take 100mg of thyroxine. I also take 10mg of Citalopram. I am on ferrous sulphate, vit D spray, Igennus Super b complex and have added in Igennus triple magnesium complex.

After the last 18 months of not being able to source T3 from the only source I knew, Im asking if anyone cant point my in the right direction, DM's open.

I went to see my endo today and he has told me to drop mt levothroxine to 50 mg each day and add 20 mg of t3 10 in morn and 20 in afternoon. Does this sound good or do you think t3 is high to start. At moment im on 100mg 5 days a wk and 75mg two days a week .
