My soon to be 18yr old daughter has had her life thwarted over the past 2 years with her symptoms
Chronic persistent nausea , abdo pain, irreg bowel habit ( predominantly constipation than diarrhoea but does have both) bloating reflux symptoms and sometimes rectal pain. On top of all this was diagnosed with endometriosis last year, we thought all would settle how wrong we were. She has had to pull

If your doctor approves it, you might also consider taking fiber supplements, such as

LEPICOL 1st week
I started using Lepicol 1week ago and I thought I`d give my first impression. I`m an IBS D sufferer of many years normally using Imodium and Buscopan to control things but over the last 6 months or so symptoms have got significantly worse. Anyway, about Lepicol. I started on 1 spoonful twice per day

DIETARY GUIDELINES for higher doses of COCONUT OIL
- Add quality instant coffee - Add protein powder and fibre (
psyllium
will reduce cholesterol) Add the warm milk with the melted CO to the cold milk mixture and MIX IMMEDIATELY in a mini-blender to a frothy state. If you move quickly, this provides a smooth frothy shake.

Note - probiotics from supplements, fermented diary products or other sources go best with prebiotics, aka dietary fibers (flax seeds,

sea salt, more vitamins + 2 weeks levothyroxine before bed; condition much worse. Is this just my body adapting?
In this time period I've also been taking 4g Himalayan pink rock salt, high dose b vitamins, vitamin e,
psyllium
husk every other day, magnesium citrate and malate + calcium, have QUIT ZINC (the 24 hour cortisol test requires being off anything that may affect the adrenals for minimum two weeks), and

Improving Digestion - Importance of Omega 3 and Protein
Alternatives such as oat bran, spelt rye and
psyllium
are great. Water is vital. 14% of our water intake is needed by the large intestine and help with stool formation. Food enzymes can really help people with IBS as it takes the hard work out of digesting food.

Sorghum flour pancakes - success!
I added soy milk, a spoonful of
psyllium
husk powder (I can't tolerate xantham gum, but this does the same thing), salt and an egg, let it sit for about 15 minutes, then gave it a dollop of soda water and cooked in coconut oil.
