I bought lepicol took it with juice, very bad pains. Advice line says juice maybe bad for ibs as sugar. Anyone else suffer.

From personal experience before or during a flare up I drink water as it cannot upset your stomach at all. Also good for staying hydrated- follows the recommended 8 glasses a day.
A lot of juices are high in artificial sweeteners which could bother your IBS. Even if it's all fruit juice, many of the fruits are also high in FODMAPS.
Doc told me to avoid apple juice currently I am trying to drink more water
