Preventing a repeat episode with pregnancy no two
Hi, three years ago I suffered from post-partum
psychosis
with my first son. I was hospitalised 4 weeks after the birth. Now I am pregnant with twins and am looking at all options to avoid a repeat experience when the twins arrive next month.

When will it end?
I'm new here and I'm a new mom who experienced PP for the first time with my baby boy. It was horrific! It has been about 6-7 months since I was released from the hospital. I am constantly having set backs with depression and intrusive thoughts. I have horrible flashbacks of things I did and said during

Liothyronine in water
My endo prescribed me 60 micrograms of liothyronine with my psychiatrists approval for my
psychosis
and it seems to be working ☺. But I've been having pain in my right hand lower tummy area and maybe peeing blood (something I am seeing my go about on wed) and of course I split the dose up to 3.

Looking for positive vibes
Sometimes I think how could I get
psychosis
again while on this medicine and watching out for signs and symptoms and being prepared. And it seems silly to worry about it but when I get to far into the thoughts it's hard to be positive and say nothing will happen.

ECT - thoughts and opinions please?
Hi all. I haven't written for a while as I have been struggling with anxiety no depression again and wondering why since I have continued with my medication but have started with my symptoms again. ECT was suggested in the MBU but I never went through with it. I have had an appointment with my consultant

Experience of dads with second babies - Exchange?
Dear all, I have not been an active user of this forum, but have followed many of your stories over the past two years. It has given me an incredible amount of support and hope during difficult days. I live in Germany and we do not have anything comparable here (in fact even the information available

Hi,4 day after derivery, too much worry about pp
Sorry everybody here i'm not good in english. I was here about 4 or 5 months ago. Was given very useful advices, which were particulary helpful during my second pregnancy, following pp which happened in first time. Different mom's here provided me supportive ideas of what to do following bad conditions

Feeling Raw
She recommended psychotherapy which to be honest I feel is a step back as I already spoke to someone about the
psychosis
. I thought I was feeling back to normal! Although I don't know what normal is now I'm a mum! Did anyone else struggle with accepting the labour as well as the
psychosis
?
