Hello Anigineco and welcome to the forum,

I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling unwell. Have you got a trusted healthcare professional you can speak to? And family around you to help you look after your baby and also support you in getting help?

If you are in the UK, and are under a mental health team there might be a Crisis team you can ring if you feel unsafe. Or you can call the Samaritans any time on 116 123.

Stay safe and tell someone how you are feeling. PP is a horrible illness but with the right support and care you can get better. Take care, xx

Hello Anigineco,

I'm so sorry to hear you've been suffering for so long. Are you receiving treatment? Are you under the care of a mental health team / doctor? Do tell them how you are feeling.

As Hannah has said, do seek help if you feel unsafe.

I hope you have support around you. I'm glad you've found the forum, there's lots of support here x

Hello Anigineco

I hope you have been able to find help since you last posted. Sometimes the right medication can make all the difference so it is important that you seek professional support. Please don't suffer in silence ...... two years is a long time to feel unwell.

Stay safe and take care.
