After APCa treatment ends
A lot of folks will see their APCa treatment come to an end, hopefully due to good
PSA
levels and scans.

Revisiting Intermittent Therapy in Metastatic Prostate Cancer
Can intermittent therapy (a break from treatment) for high responders (
PSA
< .2 over 18-24 mos) on ADT+ARPi be more effective than continuous ADT (the current standard for mHSPCa). Two benefits they are looking/hoping for are: 1.

Epididymitis or something else?
Thought nothing of it to begin with but it started happening more often and lasting throughout the day, so went to the drs, they dipped my wee, and did a blood test for my
PSA
levels and Kidney function, all came back clear and normal.

Zytiga & BAT
I am currently on Zytiga after Bicalutamide failed after 5 years, Would like to try BAT but not sure whether I should continue on Zytiga during BAT or discontinue until
PSA
goes up. Currently Testosterone is zero and
PSA
4.5 and dropping. Prostate removed 20 years ago.

PSMA Results
My
PSA
is currently 0.670, with a doubling time of approximately six months. I’ve just had a second PSMA and they found a spot in my left pubic bone, right iliac area and the prostate bed. They are now suggesting radiotherapy to the three areas together with hormone treatment.

PSA
has gone from 8.8 to 6.9 ( with 4K back in October of 22), to 5.06 to 5.25 to 4.85 to 5.08 as of a week ago. (The last one done not even 2 months after this last biopsy, but as part of a genetics research that I was asked to do).

Intermittent ADT
I was given a 3 month Lupron shot which reduces my
PSA
to 0.24 ug/l. I'm considering going on IADT....6 months of ADT followed by 6 months break and repeat. Anyone tried such a treatment...what are the results? Thanks for any advice.

3 years Post-VRMAT-RT & ADT
After 3 years my
PSA
went from
20.3 μg/L
down to
0.02 μg/L
and Testosterone from
438.04ng/dL
down to
60.57 ng/dL
🙈🙉🙊. How much longer do I have to wait for a more normal Testosterone Totale. I like my
PSA
that low but a little bit higher.

Living life after a prostatectomy
I'm on hormone therapy and it's dropped my
PSA
from 1 to .1. I would love to talk to someone who is going through the same things or has already gone through it. I would love to hear from him.

PSMA PET and PSA
The oncologist at COH said it looks good, however for the first time in these 2 years there was a slightly increase in
PSA
readings from 0.034 to 0.037. Should I be concerned? Also the doctor is recommending to stop Abiraterone at 2 years, I am reluctant to do that.
