Low testosterone is associated with extremely poor survival metrics, post-ADT.
These companion plots compare: (A) median survival times, (B)
PSA
doubling times, and (C) Time to
PSA
Failure for two different levels of testosterone: Low and Normal. The low testosterone has a median value of 162 ng/dL [120-236] and the average normal T = 680 ng/dL.

Rising PCA - on ADT Holiday
Completed RT and 18 months on ADT (Nubeqa) paused the ADT in September after
PSA
non detectable and a fresh set of scans showed no “evidence of disease”. Continued to do bloodwork quarterly and
PSA
remained at 0. Until this week results came in at 1.2.

Psa is back
Well I made it to 27 months of upsa testing after my surgery and went from <0.01 to my first detectable of 0.01. Don’t know what this means but I guess the next few upsa tests will be telling. Maybe a lab variation maybe not.

ADT effectiveness duration for 80 plus age ?
For how long have those over 80 years with mets to bones , been able to keep their
psa
low with just ADT treatment ?

Update on PSA spike after radiation.
Was diagnosed April 2023
PSA
of 9. Had Cyberknife in November. 1st
PSA
(at 60 days was 11.96). This alarmed me. They told me to wait another 6weeks and test. Today it was 9.1. I'm considering this a win for now. Am I wrong?

Dad's PSA risen from 0.01 to 0.05 in 2 months, 2 years post SRT. Any chance that there is no further progression?
PSA
has risen 3 times in a row. I understand the figure is still low, but is this a definite indication that it will progress, or is there a chance that
PSA
can stabilize or fluctuate and not progress further?

Good News! Pluvicto Update
The news seems promising: On 28 January (after docetaxel, but before Pluvicto), my
PSA
was 36.2. After 2 rounds of Pluvicto on 8 April, my
PSA
had dropped to 14.5! So, I am remaining positive! I have a follow up PSMA-PET scan scheduled 17 May.

How long does SBRT to two lymph nodes continue to lower PSA?
Just wondering…does SBRT continue to drop
PSA
for any length of time? Or is it five sessions and it is what it is then? Curious if I can see further
PSA
reduction after 5 sessions to one node, then 5 to a second node. No prostate.
