What causes severe stomach pain? Upper right quadrant under right breast?
Protonix
. I don't understand why I have so much acid. Drs are missing something. No gall stones. Blood tests ok thyroid ok. Any ideas what could be causing this? Also history of breast cancer double mastectomy in 2002. Thanks for listening. Just don't know where to look.

FLAIR AND OTHER PROBLEMS
Went to see the gastro and he set me up for an upper endoscopy early next month, plus added
Protonix
to my daily med regimen. Just not feeling good, but I have learned not to stop moving.

Focal Therapy?
Thanks so much to those of you who shared your stories and advice. I had good news is that my MRI indicated that the cancer is contained to my prostate, though it is quite enlarged. The bone scan showed some abnormality in the upper part of the spine, so I am scheduled for an MRI of that area this Thursday

Proton beam vs. x-ray therapy
I posted the following message in the Advanced Prostate Cancer group, but I think it is of even more interest to patients who are newly diagnosed and not yet treated, so I'm posting it again here. -------------------------------------------------------------- I was lucky enough to be recommended by Darryl

Proton beam vs. x-ray therapy
I was lucky enough to be recommended by Darryl and Malecare (thank you for that) to participate as a "consumer reviewer" for the "Department of Defense, Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs, Prostate Cancer Research Program". There were about 15 scientists, mainly professors of medicine

Should I consider Proton Therapy
I am 75 and otherwise in good shape, I had Radical Prostatectomy in 2015 now 2 years and 3 months later my PSA has been rising, presently on Hormone meds (Casodex) to reduce PSA then should I go with Radiation or the much greater expense (for lodging etc) and have Proton-therapy 350 miles away? Comments

Proton Therapy
I'm here looking for encouragement and knowledge My dad has prostate cancer, he was diagnosed in 2011, They told him since day one he did not have many options because his cancer was extremely aggressive. We looked alternative treatments and we found immunotherapy. He is still doing that and he did HIFU

Coverage of Proton Beam Therapy
Does Medicare cover proton beam therapy? Do private insurance companies cover it, or does this vary from insurance company to insurance company?

Keep getting pain so intense I can't think
Finally got sent to an ENT doc who discovered I had GERD, it had gotten into my lungs, voice box, and mouth, basically inflamed everything, gave me asthma, chondritis, swollen gums... he gave me methylprednisone, hydrocortisone,
protonix
, and I've had ativan for anxiety.

one year post Proton Therapy At University of Maryland Proton Center
OMG it was the best treatment for me. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who qualify. The consult is free. If you have medicare, it's covered. I strongly advise seeking it as one of your options before making a decision. I found out about Proton therapy from the group. I don't remember the guys

17 years metastatic and still going strong!
I'm a 24 year survivor with 17 years at Stage 4 and still going strong! The cancer went into my bones in 2000 and in my chest wall and liver in 2007. I was on hormonals until 2007 and then switched to chemo. I have been on a new chemo about every year and 1/2 on average. I did Proton Therapy on my

Finally something that works for my Eczema
Have suffered with chronic eczema for thirty odd years and so relieved when I was prescribed Protopic, this was a last resort treatment as it dampens down your immune system so your skin is not so sensitive, I rarely have to use it now as my skin is almost 100 per cent better, but I have started getting
