Alternative therapy for IBS - tell me your story
My symptoms would be a lots of bloating, too much gas (trying peppermint capsules, drinking so much ginger and turmeric herbal tea thankfully I like it) and lots of growling (taking
probiotics
Alflorex first and now switching to Bio kult to give it a try) when I wake up or a couple of hours after I eat

Anyone else get bad pains after Metronidazole?
I'm taking
probiotics
, eating well, keeping up my fluids and getting enough rest, but these pains are really difficult! Has anyone else had similar problems after this drug?

The 16 Best Foods to Control Diabetes (An Article)
It's been shown to improve blood sugar control and reduce heart disease risk, perhaps partly due to the
probiotics
it contains. Studies have found that yogurt and other dairy foods may lead to weight loss and improved body composition in people with type 2 diabetes.

Probiotics
seemed to help, but it was all rather horrible. Now my stomach has gone into the wonderful routine (note sarcasm) of barely going to the loo at all for three or four or even five(!) days and then deciding to "clear out" all at once.

Has anyone ever got rid of oral thrush?
I’ve had oral thrush for 8 weeks now. My GP prescribed a course of Nystatin which didn’t make any difference. I then bought a couple of tubes of Daktarin, still no better. My dentist recommended using Corsodyl mouthwash twice daily (which I’m still using every day). I eat a probiotic yoghurt each day

I awoke at 2am in a lot of pain and felt like I was back at square one. My tablets are not coated (Dr says too expensive

A bioproduct rich in L-dopa
Has anyone had experience with Symprove probiotic or Atremoplus, we know a PWP taking the latter and is having great results, also very good reviews on livebetterwith parkinsons.com. My hubby would really like to try one or the other, the cost is very expensive, which we don't mind if it would help

Does a cure for Parkinson's already exist? Is it being withheld?
https://www.cureparkinsons.org.uk/news/parkinsonsgutresearch The gut/brain axis and the link with the Vegas nerve is well established. The cure, FMT. The research and medical establishment want to make their profit. Then Big Pharma has to get their mega billions. So basically they will have to pharmaceuticalise

Severe problems for over a month. Does this sound like IBS? Please read.
I have been taking it, along with
probiotics
, but nothing is helping. As the days went on, the problems kept getting worse. I started feeling nausious, kind of like a motion sickness. The hunger sensation was now constant, and wouldn't go away anymore even when I ate.

Activia - good or bad for IBS?
I bought some Activia after months of people telling me to buy
probiotics
, i tried FAGE about two days after my antibiotics and Im not sure if it was the yoghurt but it made everything 10x more loose...however, this was when I was literally full of the medication and nothing would sit well with me.

Calcium supplements side effects?
I am experiencing some joint pain (knees) since being on calcium supplements. I have never had joint pain before, and don't know if it is just coincidence that it is happening since I started taking calcium. I am also experiencing some mild indigestion (which I have never had before). Is this normal

Giving up Breakfast to help with bloating.
I just wrote a reply to someone but thought I would post it as well, I have had IBS for 25 years and have tried every probiotic, tea, medication etc etc my main symptom is bloating to the point where I am so uncomfortable it takes over my life. The one thing I have done which has made a massive difference

Latest labs look good?
I eliminated my H Pylori and take zinc iron gluthathione Omega 3s selenium and sometimes a b complex, vit D, magnesium and
probiotics
. Occasionally, I take digestive enzymes and Betain with Pepsin. I do an eyelid scrub and moisture drops at night. I wear a night guard at night for TMJ.
