Would you dare admit to āgoing freestyleā??
I do take vitamins, supplements,
probiotics
, and digestive enzymes. I eat an anti-inflammatory, low glycemic index, low carb, high fiber, mainly plant-based diet. I avoid gluten, sugar, liquid dairy, and meat. I practice intermittent fasting. Itās a lot of work, and not a lot of fun.

Child PI-IBS?
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with their child getting post-infectious IBS. When my son was 18 months old, he caught a bug of some sort. He went between throwing up and having diarrhea off and on for seven weeks. He'd have a few good days, and then a bout of vomiting and/or diarrhea, and

Uncontrolled Asthma, repeated asthma attacks every day. Do I have bronchiectasis?
I supplement with vit c, vit D and
probiotics
daily. I have had asthma since 4yo, productive chesty cough for twenty five years, chest infections two to six times a year swiftly cleared by Amoxicillin. Pneumonia in 2006.

Good Probiotic
Can anyone recommend a good probiotic. I was recommended BioKult by my homeopath and have been taking them for a week now, with some limited success. I was wondering if any one has had success with them or any others which may work better. I have seen Hey Nutrition probiotic good reviews. Would be grateful

Probiotics
Have been reading and
probiotics
are recommended but I will have to check they are ok with my other prescriptions. Scared of taking something new but Dr is not suggesting anything else. I believe they come as tablets. Am on Omeprazole.

Covid, pacemaker and prosthetic mitral valve
We had all, prior to this taken
probiotics
, extra vitamin D, C, zinc and B12. At no time did any of us get a temperature or our oxygen levels fall. I am not saying it was a breeze, but we have all popped out the other side and are well.

End of the line with treatment?
We are at a reasonably good place with the constipation largely under control with a good routine, diet, water and
probiotics
however we do get occasional relapses and also treat with occasional senna and the problem never goes away properly.

Autopsies tell us the secrets of Parkinson's...
In another powerful image, someone spoke as if the brain was on fire and had to be "put out" with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories (Wang 2006, Sanders 2013), liver protectors (Lombard, Marjama Lyons),
probiotics
for the "second brain" (Gershon, Bercik, Tillish, Scheperjans)...

Going Gluten Free - 1 Year On #hashis
I went GF last January (religiously GF from Feb as there were some things I didnāt realise had gluten in (soy sauce being one of them)). Itās been the best thing Iāve done for my health. The most noticeable improvement was with fatigue and quality of sleep. I actually wake up feeling refreshed (before

I dont really want to take another cocktail of antibiotics, and i am on a clean diet with
probiotics
. I was tested with the breath test and positive, but the sensitivity for these tests is quite low isn't it?

I saw the doctor then and explained my usual bowel habits to the doctor to which he diagnosed that I probably had irritable bowel disease (IBS) even prior to this bleeding episode, no additional checks were really done to diagnose the cause of the bleeding he prescribed me antibiotics and

Renadyl/other probiotics
https://renadyl.com/ We are considering various
probiotics
including that for mum to help with a resilient UTI. Renadyl is also nephrologist-approved (maybe not mum's but that's a different story!). Others eg VSL3, may also help kidney according to some research and are cheaper than pricey Renadyl.

Bacillus subtillus vs Alpha synuclein
