Bacillus subtillus vs Alpha synuclein

Hi everyone, for those that prefer eating supplements as food I have just found out that the Korean food Natto (fermented soybeans) is very high in the probiotic Bacillus subtillus. This probiotic kills off the nasty alpha synuclein (which travels up to the brain and misfolds neurons which then becomes one of the causes of PD) so it could be worthwhile including natto in the diet rather than buying B. subtillus in liquid or capsule form which is rather expensive. I also found that Doctor's Best make Nattokinase capsules which are high in vit K and Bacillus subtillus.

Do you have a reference for: "Bacillus subtillus kills off the nasty alpha synuclein"?

Natto is an excellent source of vitamin K2. An acquired taste that is not for everybody.

Nattokinase is also a pretty potent anti-coagulant so please be advised if you’re taking any blood thinning medications.

Tried eating it but couldn’t stomach it unfortunately and the kids refused to eat it. Mainly the texture. Maybe it could be puréed and added to other things? Any ideas on how to cook it?

It's best when you mix it with other things... a bowl of brown rice, a few drops of sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, chopped green onions, non-gmo soy sauce...

Thank you for this helpful information. I presently take Bio-Kult and I believe it to be helpful. I will get some Natto. Thank you! Together we can help each other chip away at the root cause of this!
