The Dr is going to give it a try! Started Synthroid yesterday!
Now I only take
probiotics
in the morning. I take the iron with Vit C two hours after lunch. At night I take Vit D, Vit K, magnesium, omega 3 and boron. Yesterday I went to another doctor and told him I want to give Synthroid a try.

IBS is this really what I have to live with?
Tried
probiotics
, low FODMAP, intolerance test (gave up yeast, gluten, lactose as my test had reactivity to this) but only marginal gains and minor tweaks to my diet sometimes make things much worse. Doc did mention depression could be a factor, but here is the thing.

The lethargy and tiredness of IBS
I’m using hypnotherapy as well as
probiotics
. Can’t say I’m noticing much improvement. But what seems to affect my daily life a lot is the constant tiredness. I try to drink water, eat healthily, but all I want to do is lie down all day. I do try to combat this, ignore it whatever.

Update test results after 2 month. I need help to understand if I’m going on the right direction!
I started to consume fermented food and other natural
probiotics
to restore my gut and maybe in that way help with the absorption. Thanks for you time! Ana xx

Probiotics have risks
Gut bacteria might flip the effects of a common cancer-causing mutation in an unexpected way | Popular Science. Health blogs and diet websites often tout antioxidants as a cure-all for gut health. But the story of the gut microbiome and its role in disease is murkier than most news stories might lead

Need some help been suffering with symptoms and at a loss to know what to do.
I then realised it maybe due to my Hashimotos and went gluten free, started taking supplements,
probiotics
. Whilst I saw some really great improvements in my health (weight loss etc) I still suffered with dizziness.

Struggling with IBS D
, peppermint tablets & tea, Imodium (which do seem to help after the horse has bolted),
probiotics
(which, after being on them for a week gave me the worst week of urgency yet) and diet changes.

probiotics
which they recommend for the treatment of it - anyone else had this too? I’ve had all other tests, colonoscopy, bloods and cal pro tests but wanted to make sure everything was covered. Thanks for any guidance!

I take 150mcg thyroxine at night, at least four hours after food, but I do have a tendency to constipation in spite of high fibre, exercise and lots of water so decided to take a probiotic Healthspan Super20Pro. Any thoughts on the best time to take it - before bed is suggested but is that a good idea

Methylprednisolone acetate with Lupron
Hubby has had four successful shots of Lupron ( 1 every 6 months) for prostate cancer, which has lowered both his PSA levels and testosterone to medical castration levels(13). His last ct scan (which he gets every 6 months) showed that the tumors had shrunk to undetectable size and his bone scan showed
