Fighting a bad cold.
Hi. I've been having cold symptoms these past few days and my pharmacist said it was safe to take the over the counter Coricidin HBP cold & flu tablets. I'm curious to know if anyone has ever tried them and what their results were. And if anyone have AF triggered by taking them? Im opened to any suggestions

Hi All! I'm lucky and live in the US and have a nurse practitioner that prescribes both t3 and t4. She recently did blood work (see below), and increased both my t3 and t4 medicine. Spasticity
I joined this forum in 2014 and I was aware to a few medical terms I hadn't heard of before. One of those terms, that came from angelite, was 'spasticity' because she has it. I had an idea what spasticity was but did not really know completely... Until now. My brain injury occurred in 1996. For years

Essential oils
http://livingtraditionally.com/what-nobody-ever-told-you-about-diffusing-essential-oils/ Essential oils are great for many things. I got into essential oils when I read about Frankecense essential oil being the best oil for the brain. Frankecense oil hasn't exactly cured my injury, far from that but
