PACs are making it tough to sleep.
I am getting thousands of PACs at the moment, including one in every two beats (bigeminy). I know they are PACs because I have captured loads of events on my Kardia device. I have arranged an appointment with my cardiologist in 3 weeks to talk about medication changes. I cannot pinpoint a trigger, but

Stress and ectopic/palpitations link?
Hello, I am wondering if anyone here knows more about the link between chronic stress and ectopics. Is there one? And if there is, is it immediate or chronic that poses a risk? My doctors tell me I have both PVCs and PACs. The issue is the extremity of them, it's hard to carry on about your business

Hawthorn supplement helped
I have had paroxysmal AF for several years, but episodes were getting more frequent and lasting longer in the past year. I am a 53 yo female, slim build, never smoked, in good health otherwise. My mom had AF (tachycardia) for 40 yrs and my brother has V tach, so it's very much genetic. I saw the cardiologist

PVC anxiety reduction methods?
My PVC burden is extremely low, but sometimes it feels like mutliple in a row happen (can't say for sure, maybe there's normal ones in there I'm not feeling?) And the ones I do get, I feel very strongly. I'm still being investigated to make sure there's nothing concerning but generally Drs are not worried

PVC’ getting worse
4 years ago I passed out and my Apple Watch showed a flat line. I felt a gurgling in my chest and did an ecg on it and as I passed out it picked up a straight line. Hit my head and was unconscious so rushed to hospital. Did loads of tests and scans and was referred to Papworth. Put it down as vasavagal

Advice managing anxiety about PVCs/PACs
I've suffered with ectopic heart beats for the past 12 years. I had an ablation for Wolf Parkinson White 10 years ago and the PVCs and PACs settled down a lot after that. I'd get periods of weeks or months where I'd have flare ups now and then but never substantial and tests always came back clear. I

Multiple Arrythmias
I recently had a 48hr halter monitor ordered by my pcf. I thought I might have had a - fib. My pcf told me that the results were normal. I picked up a copy of the results. The report noted I had a brief episode of svt and rare pvc's and pacs with one pvc couplet. I looked at the ecg sheets and noticed

Cardioversion and PVCs and PACs
Does a cardioversion help if you have PVCs and PACs or does it only help if you have Afib? I go in and out of Afib but my PVCs and PACs have been non-stop for 3 months. Flecainide did not work. I’m considering a cardioversion as I’m to the point I will try anything to get my heart back into NSR but

Flecainide for Afib, PVCs and PACs
I’ve been taking 10 mg of Flecainide twice a day for almost a month. My question is, how long does it take before Flecainide starts to work? I have seen no difference in my Afib, PVCs, PAC and Trigeminy. In fact, I could almost say they have gotten worse. Is it possible that Flecainide doesn’t work

Short spikes of raised HR?
Hello again, My ablation was mid March and I've been in NSR since bar 2 short episodes of AF that self converted when I was under extreme stress. Every now and then (once every 3 weeks or so) I guess I get a short spike of raised heart rate shown on my fitbit, if I'm sitting quietly I'm aware of it

83 years old - Firmagon or Zoladex ? Conflicted which to choose.
Dad is 83 and has to start on ADT from Tomorrow. He has no known cardiac issues but we have a strong family history of cardiac disease. His dad and brother both passed from it He also gets ectopic beats/ pvc’s since many years but all cardiologists say those are benign and not to bother. His blood

Ectopic beats are freaking me out.
I have recently started to experience frequent PVCS (ectopic beats). Lying down I seem to be ok, but when up and about I get them every 5-10 seconds or so sometimes!! My cardiologist doesn’t seem to be concerned as I had a normal echocardiogram and kind of just sent me on my way. He said it might be

Second cardiac ablation attempt
Hi there, I am a 31M fit and healthy and suffer from a high frequency of left ventricle premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) with a ~18% burden. They are coming from a small area near the LF papillary muscle . I had an ablation under a very skilled EP in London who successfully ablated the problematic

increase in PVCs
I notice an increase in my PVCs upon rolling over or changing positions while in bed. Has anyone else noted this and,if so, has he/she been given an explanation of why positional changes provoke their PVCs?

Return of PVCs and Flecainide as pill in pocket.
I was previously taking 100mg Flecainide twice a day along with 1.25mg bisoprolol in the mornings for episodes of PACs and occasional PVCs. I was on this medication for almost 2 years before deciding that I would like to try and come off it. My cardiologist advised me how to slowly withdraw and I have

Multiple unsuccessful ablations.
Has anyone had 5 or more ablations? I’ve had 5 and still having pvcs and afib. 3 were at Cleveland Clinic.
