Has anyone with a history of recurrent PCVs had a large dose of systemic corticosteroids for other medical conditions and noted a decrease in the frequency of their PVCs, even if only temporarily, after that?

Yes! Not such a large dose but while suffering from myocarditis, unluckily had a lupus flare and had to have prednisone. Not only did it stop the flare it very much helped the myocarditis symptoms (very irregular heart beats calmed down, chest pain eased to none or almost none). Felt much better that week/fortnight. But prednisone is actually terrible for the heart in the long term!
