Sorry but there isn't enough information to offer any kind of reply. Maybe include what is displayed on your watch & what intensity of PVCs you experience?

Occasionally when I feel no skips I'll look at my heart rhythm on my smartwatch and as I observe it I feel a type of tension and then about 2 single uniform symptomatic PVCs occur during the 30 seconds observation when there were no apparent PVCs until I looked at my rhythm strip.. . On other occasions during physical activity a few single uniform PVCs occur during the 30 second rhythm strip. These usually are from the LV while my PVCs,which are more common& during nonexertion are from the RV. I feel tension&physical activities trigger my PVCs as a rule. Other causes are after a full meal, changing postions in bed.Complicating my issues are average resting heart rates in the 50's,1st degree AV block with occasional Wenckebach periods(3:2 relationship)& moderate aortic stenosis. Because of sinus bradycardia& occasional Mobitz 2nd degree1 AV block,I'm avoiding more than 12.5 mgs of metoprolol succinate per day but am tempted to try 25mgs when golfing. I have yet to wear an outpatient monitor for 48 hours or have a treadmill stress test but intend to when I return to my summer home in May. I'm a retired MD with a strong background in clinical cardiology. I realize I may need a permanent pacemaker in order to tolerate therapeutic doses of MetopER

Thank you for your interest.

I have found that my KardiaMobile device helps me to relax when I see that my PVCs haven't changed to anything more serious. My meds seem to be keeping me at a more stable NSR with only occasional "blips" whereas before the PVCs were wild & annoying.

If you don't mind, I would like to get an idea how many PVCs you averaged per hour before and after being started on your meds. ?beta blockers?
