Bronchiectasis .. currently using Aerobika .. but just wondering has anyone / does anyone use the Evergreen Pari-o-pep mucus clearing device
Hi Has anyone tried the above device?..I get on ok with my aerobika but wondering if it’s worth spending £35 on the Evergreen Pari -o Pep? If it speeds things up I’d be interested in buying one 🙏

Brutal Panic/Anxiety
Can anyone provide some advice?? I've dealt with severe anxiety and depression for 30+ years. I had it under control up until 3 weeks ago. Out of nowhere, my anxious stomach came roaring back and is worse than ever. It's 24/7. My Dr just put me on Vilazodone Any advice/help??

Prepping for Round 2
Hello ladies! I’m planning to start a second IVF cycle in January (when I’ll turn age 40!) and feeling hopeful. First cycle was BFN with short protocol so we are trying long protocol this time with Nafarelin (Synarel) nasal spray and Menopur. Has anyone had luck with this combo? Also we had the option

I have had four iron infusions in the last 2 years. 10 weeks ago I received Injectafer 1000 mg with so-so results. I had seen a hematologist at my neurologist/Sleep specialist’s urging out of his concern for my out of whack lab numbers. The hematologist was not concerned. I gave my sleep, specialist

Thank you everyone for giving me support every time I write here (which is a lot) I just got my bipolar 1 diagnosis and feel so relieved. Been desperate to know what’s wrong with me for years, passed around to many psychiatrists and now have it in writing. It was really important for me to know after

Orphenadrine
My hwp had been using ophenadrine some time ago and stopped because of fears around using anticholinergics. However, his unrelenting battle with sciatica has me wondering if it might not be worth taking the risk. He is a well person in every other way, but the pain has him battling to do exercise. He

The Effect of Intranasal Oxytocin in Patients With Functional Motor Symptoms: A Preliminary Open-Label Case Series
I think I may have FND. I have these jerks and subtle lurches that would not fall under PD (and I have not been diagnosed with PD). I have been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder, which is likely a sign of something not good coming, but I am working on heading that not good thing off at the pass

First MS Neuro Appointment!
Neuro confirmed in person that I have MS. I have RRMS. To get me out of the current flare, I started steroid infusions today, and will do 3 days of it. I am hopeful that it will really help. I'm looking forward to seeing what my 'new normal' is (more like impatiently waiting for this flare to be over

Seeking information about encephalomalacia
Hi , I’m new to this site . I have recently given up working to become a carer for my partner who had a TBI in 2009 . He received a bleed to the brain and had to have a craniotomy . Amazingly he recovered and even went back to work but in 2018 I noticed a change in his walking and a movement in his eye
