Newbie
Hey guys! I am new to this community. I was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, substance use, PTSD, and ADHD. I go to therapy, take medications, and attend NA. I figured joining this site would be a good way to connect to others similar to me. Feel free to message me any time.

Difficulty initiating swallowing
I have been having difficulty initiating to swallow for 4 months now. I do not have acid reflux, I’ve had a modified Barium swallow test done and an endoscopy test done both showing that everything’s “normal” and yet I still struggle initiating to swallow. I hesitate when I do try to eat any solids and

Lithium in late pregnancy
Hi everyone 👋 My doctor has suggested taking lithium and haloperidol from 7 months pregnancy, to reduce the risk of PP. I was up for it, but now I’m 20 weeks I’m starting to feel differently. I’d prefer to take haloperidol and start lithium after the birth. I understand that Lithium means I can’t

Sister with PP and depression at home
Hello to all of you, amazing warriors! I am very grateful to all of you, who have the courage to share experience with this awful disease and help others. My sister lives in Somerset, UK and had been diagnosed with PP 12 days after giving birth of a beautiful baby boy. At the beginning of December

the start of a journey
Just here exploring the possibility of finding community in my struggle with depression and PTSD. I've recently started a personal journey to finally attempt to fijd healing in various forms and I find myself feeling overwhelmingly alone most of the time. Just looking for a fellow traveler to keep me

Anxiety, Depression, & PTSD has been beating me for years & all this time I kept blaming myself, constantly beating myself up about it. I still do. Just to give a quick summary of my life: *I am 19(soon to be 20) *I live with my mom *I don't get out *I don't have a job *I don't have an ID *I don't have

Uncertainty
when I was 12, I watched my mum enter a manic episode for the first time. No one else picked up on it, but I sat there for months watching her go downhill, until she was hospitalized. Ever since, I've kept a stringent watch on my own thoughts and actions. I have actively worked on improving myself.

Hi there, everybody. We are new here.
Matthew feels well, but Annmarie is suffering from unipolar depression and PTSD. She is having a very difficult time with PTSD. Does anyone have any recommendation about how to deal with it? Thx. :)

PMR SURVIVORS COMMENTS
Dear PMR sufferers I am a 48 year old male who recently recovered from PMR ( unusually young and wrong gender, yes I know! ) and I came back into this site just to give a personal perspective to those still suffering . Many readers are often recently diagnosed and looking for answers or hope, it’s not
