Postpartum Psychosis and Covid-19
Hi All I do hope everyone is OK, and coping alright. I just wanted to let you know that we have published information about Covid-19 for women who are at risk of PP, those with new or suspected postpartum psychosis symptoms, and people in recovery. We hope it's helpful, and we'll be updating this information

C-PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, multiple tbi's
After a very long journey I wanted to share how I manage all of my diagnosis. 5 minutes at a time, I tell myself in 5 minutes I can give in to the anxiety, do whatever I need to do but I have to wait 5 minutes. Sometimes that's how I spend a whole day. In 5 minute increments but it works and it helps

Is this a safe zone?
I just wondered if this is a safe place to discuss PTSD/anxiety? I do not want to be judged by sharing my story.

Quotation for Saturday 11th April 2020
Good morning everyone. I'm going off at a bit of a tangent with my quotation today. Warriors! That's what all of us are in this coronavirus crisis and I believe that when it's finally over and we return to our normal lives, for years we will tell our children and grandchildren of this strange and difficult

How can I cope with post-traumatic stress?
I witnessed an event that's scarred me and I was diagnosed with PTSD. How can I cope? It's given me terrible anxiety and I can't sleep.

I suffer from PTSD as it is, I am trying to be calm with this virus, another traumatic event. But my husband refuses to believe all the things they tell us to do , to be safe. We are also ording from the Jewel for our groceries because of me, he would rather go. When I’m ordering, I’m trying to ask him

I'm new here
One of my diagnoses is PTSD from the age of 9 months (65 now). I have been on antidepressants on and off for at least 35 years. I've been on just about all the major antidepressants and sleep aids. Currently on Zoloft which does help.

Introduction
Hey I’m new here, and I’m looking for some support. I’m trying to find the best path for myself when everything seems to be crumbling underneath me. I’m looking for some good teletherapy options too that won’t break the bank. I suffer from anxiety, depression, ocd, ptsd, and addiction... I’m a ball
