How can I cope with post-traumatic stress?
I witnessed an event that's scarred me and I was diagnosed with PTSD. How can I cope? It's given me terrible anxiety and I can't sleep.

I suffer from PTSD as it is, I am trying to be calm with this virus, another traumatic event. But my husband refuses to believe all the things they tell us to do , to be safe. We are also ording from the Jewel for our groceries because of me, he would rather go. When I’m ordering, I’m trying to ask him

One of my diagnoses is PTSD from the age of 9 months (65 now). I have been on antidepressants on and off for at least 35 years. I've been on just about all the major antidepressants and sleep aids. Currently on Zoloft which does help.

Introduction
Hey I’m new here, and I’m looking for some support. I’m trying to find the best path for myself when everything seems to be crumbling underneath me. I’m looking for some good teletherapy options too that won’t break the bank. I suffer from anxiety, depression, ocd, ptsd, and addiction... I’m a ball

Ran my very first half marathon today at the Bath Half today! Was such a great day, so happy! :-D
Well, what a day, I don't really know where to begin! For the beginning of the race I just took all the atmosphere in and just really enjoyed it! Not far in, I was running down a slight slope and I was just amazed by the sea of color that I could see for ages down this really long straight road! I remember

PTSD and Coronavirus
I’m sure my immune system is bad from living with ptsd. My body struggles to heal, kind of scary not knowing if my body has under laying issues. At family members house and one member of the family is isolated for 14 days. I start a new job Tuesday and today my ptsd is getting bad. Feeling sick

C-PTSD
Hey. I've been suffering from C-PTSD for over 3 years now. I am also visiting a psychotherapist who helps me a lot on my journey, but since we tried to get into my emotions I feel like I can't sink deeper to understand what has happened to me. I did have a flashback when my emotions came to the surface

I need help
My partner has extreme anxiety and ptsd and I could have never imagined the toll it takes on us both. I feel so alone and like I can never express anything that’s going on with me because my partner instantly becomes defensive and unreasonable, compassionless and... I just feel completely alone. I’m

Finally broke the 10K mark on my long run this morning! (+ blister nightmare)
Warning, long post! So today, I ran the furthest I have ever run in my entire life - 11.2K (or 7 miles)! And what a run it was! It was dark and so windy with light rain (I almost lost my hat and headphones a few times), I was already feeling sore from Thursday's strength training class and I had never

Synarel anyone?
Hi, I have just been prescribed Synarel nasal spray to gear me up for implantation. Has anyone got experience with it? I have just taken my first dose and it’s run down the back of my throat leaving a taste so bad I had to drink water in an effort to wash it down. I feel like I must have done it wrong

Lamictal
I have ocd, ptsd, anxiety and depression. I m currently on 150 mgs of sertraline. My dr wants to put me on lamictal yet I cannot quite figure out what it is supposed to do. She simply said it is a mood stabilizer. Can anyone tell me what it has done for them?
