Week 4 Run 3

Definitely the hardest run of them all, probably the lack of sleep the last few nights due to my snoring husband! Definitely didn’t feel

Like getting out there but did it! However the only way through was to talk myself through it. Gave myself a pep talk out loud all the way through talking to myself in the third person. Must be definitely losing my marbles! “You’ve got this, five minutes is nothing it’s less than two lots of three and you can do three!”. I knew there was a reason I found myself an extremely quiet lane to run up and down so no one can see me! Got right through to the last five minutes and that was really tough as kept running but after a while thought Michael hasn’t told Me to stop but has told me 2 1/2 minutes left ages ago! Checked my phone and somehow had paused! I have it in a running belt so can only think it got knocked - so who knows how long I ran! 🙄 Feeling so good I did it now but hoping I don’t turn into a permanent Gollum! 😁

Run 1 week 5 on Sunday!

I’ve done exactly that when mine paused in my pocket.. frustrating when that happens 🤦🏼‍♀️well done and good luck for week 5 🙌
