The Best Laid Plans of Mice and Men.... and a virtual 5k from hell šµ
So my plan to do the longer runs of the magic plan on Saturday mornings lasted one week... Blame it on the fact I'm still not sleeping that well - for a total of 3 hours and 8 minutes last night to be precise. I just couldn't force myself up and out. Blame it on the fact my hairdresser was coming at

5mg lexapro
Hello, wondering if anyone had luck with 5mg of lexapro. In the past I have been on 10mg, but I remember always wanting to be off of it. I tried Prozac 10-20 mg, went off within several months. Recently I went to GI doctor due to the epigastric pain and stomach issues likely related to anxiety/stress

Increase in appetite
Not that my appetite was dormant before the running but Iāve noticed that it is increasingly exponentially with the amount of exercise Iām doing. Since weight loss and fitness are my twin aims, Iām finding this constant hunger a bit much! Having said that I remember a similar thing happening when I first

Relying on meds
I know my meds are doing me so much good...in fact, I was feeling so good I stopped taking them. Now I am struggling. I went back on them today. Wish I didn't have to be dependent on them. Lexapro, Latuda, Wellbutrin, and Remeron. How come it takes so much to make me function normally??

How many meds before one works??
hey everyone, Iām new to all of this. I had a quick question. How long were you in therapy before being prescribed medication? I had one evaluation before therapy and was given Prozac which was a nightmare but wasnāt diagnosed with anything. Iāve had to take risperdone, buspar and hydroxyine. None worked

Remeron taper
Iāve been successfully Ativan free for close to a year! But now Iāve suffered from insane weight gain from the Remeron and just started tapering off of that. Not looking forward to ANOTHER taper. And at least with the Ativan taper I had the Remeron to rely on. :/ I know if I did it once, I can do it

W8R1 - A pleasant surprise
Week 8 had been playing on my mind a little. I had read a number of posts saying how difficult people were finding it and I had a real struggle with W7R3. So I got up a little earlier than usual this morning, in an attempt to avoid the heat, and set off on the brisk walk. By the time the 5 mins were

PAWs from SSRI withdrawal
I suffered PAWs (post acute withdrawals) after I discontinued Lexapro. I went through āhellā . Eventually I started Prozac and still on it. Iām better now but my brain is still not ok yet. Iām so scared if it caused me ābrain damagesā since it takes so long for recovery.

Duloxetine from Paroxetine to prozac
My psychiatrist put me on 120mg of Duloxetine from 20mg of Paroxetine. I want to go on Prozac instead and have some control over dosages. Anyone experienced this?

Feeling Lost
Started dealing with crippling anxiety a couple of months ago and I wish I knew what the answer was. I'm in therapy and taking Buspar but the medication feels like it's making me worse. The only thing that kind of helps is Klonopin but I feel horrible for taking that and like I'm ruining my brain by

Buspar+Lexapro combination?
I was on 7.5 mg of Buspar for a month then my Dr recently upped the dosage to 10 mg 2-3 times a day plus Lexapro 10 mg once a day. (It's been 4 days now.) For these past 4 days, I've felt pretty nauseous on and off each day which has made me not have as much of an appetite, and I've also had some diarrhea
