Hi Lizzie

I am sorry to hear you are feeling so unwell and have the fear of surgery to come.

Most people on this forum either have heart issues or live with someone who does so do understand how you feel.

I would suggest you refer yourself to the NHS talking therapies where you can get some counselling for free which will help with your anxiety and panic. My husband had a cardiac arrest out the blue 3 years ago and has struggled with anxiety and panic attacks since.

He has tried several types of therapy, and is now back having some for CBT as the panic attacks have increased again recently due to stress as he is closing his business down to retire.

Good luck with everything xx

Hi Lizzielynx, Have you thought about reaching out to the British Heart Foundation Nurses? Maybe they can offer some comfort as well as support. Ive posted the link below which will take you directly to the contact page on there website. Do you have friends and family that you can speak with? never feel like you are a burden, most people lead busy lives but im sure if you reached out they would take the time to speak with you.

Hi there, I can totally empathise with you. I know that some meds can make us dizzy, from experience. Also, that our hearts are getting insufficient blood pumping through the heart to our vital organs. I hope your further surgery will address this for you.

Hello Lizzie, I am so sorry to hear that. How are you feeling? I am glad that you can reach out to this community at least. I wish you swift recovery and peace.I would suggest wellness meditations by UCLA. These free meditations are designed for patients with health concerns.

I hope this helps.

I hope you get plenty of peaceful rest so you can heal quickly. Sending a bit of sunshine from Japan to brighten your day. Also, I hope each day brings you closer to recovery.

hi your not alone I’ve spent last 16 months high on drugs that I’m intolerant to. They lower my already low blood pressure. I’ve fallen twice this year and stagger around loosing my balance as if I’m drunk.

Yes your world feels as if it’s falling apart.

It’s important to talk about it and often with a good friend/s or total stranger. Family and friends can be a good support network for you but even they get fed up of hearing your problems especially when meds and surgery keep failing.

Happy to talk if you need to

Good luck 🤞
