Stitches broke after Circumcision, would this effect erect penis length?

By day 6 post surgery I noticed that the skin that was previously sitting tightly behind my head post op is now creeping up the top side of my head, I can no longer see the stitches that were there so I assume they were snapped during an erection.

I also have an infection which I am now taking antibiotics for.

This is a little hard to explain.. However my worry is that if the skin around my shift has shifted further up the penis, and as a result it will now fuse with a lower area of skin than was originally stitched.. Will this effect the potential length of my erect penis as it now has less skin to work with?

Will this loss of skin be similar to trying to squeeze your foot into a tiny sock?

Rather than guess at what might be happening with your stitches, it might make sense to ask your GP or surgeon what is going on. It may be that your skin is inflamed as you have an infection.
