So Frustrated!
Hello All, I am new here as the past week has been hell for me, and I feel like I need to speak to women going through the same process as me to get some clarity. So going back to the beginning, me and my husband have been trying for a baby for a year and a half now, but I have PCOS, and endometriosis

Possibly Pregnancy
Hello girls, I have been on metformin for about 3 months now, within that time I have had two periods , but I'm now currently 18 days late, I keep getting a bubbling feeling and some slight discomfort in my right side which moves to the left every so often, I'm scared to a test as I does get me depressed

PCOS troubles.
Hi, ladies. I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early teens. Actually, it happened when I was 13 years old. I used to be a little bit fat with irregular periods and my mum took me to the doctor. They did an ultrasound check and the doctor said the main reason why I didn’t have regular periods was PCOS.

Advice needed. I have PCOS but having a hysterectomy.
Hello, I am new here although I have suffered with gynae issues for 30 plus years. PCOS was diagnosed about 5 years ago, however, metformin was given to me and that was it. I was told three years ago I had fibroids but then they "disappeared". After having a cancer scare I have now been diagnosed

Is this all pcos related?
Can pcos cause sudden anxiety caused by excess oestrogens? 2 years ago I suddenly developed severe crippling anxiety and was put on antidepressants. I noticed that things were bad when estrogen was at its highest levels in my cycle. Was put on the pill which has helped immensely, but I still don't feel

Metformin inhibits SUV39H1-mediated PCa migration
New study below. They keep finding new anti-PCa mechanisms for Metformin. Note: SUV39H1 is a histone methyltransferase involved in cell migration (& therefore metastasis). "SUV39H1 overexpression increased PCa migration, whereas SUV39H1 depletion suppressed PCa cell migration." "There is a positive

METFORMIN TRIALS - DIABETES
I keep seeing these "dinner invitations" to attend informative seminars for people who are Type II diabetics taking Metformin. The ads profess to get you off of Metformin and "reverse your diabetes". Does anyone know about these seminars?

Good evening Hope you'very enjoyed your bank holiday weekend 😊 I stumbled across this forum as I'm sat next to my hubby on the sofa, mulling over what may or may not lie ahead of us. I find it refreshing the kind of support I've so longed for just at my fingertips, why now have I only found it?! Anyway
