Having read various reports about photodynamic laser therapy, I’m terrified of having it done. Just wondering what anyone’s experience has been?

After a while my theme shifted to something else but at the time I didn’t know it was ocd and I struggled with it for a while before I told my parents I needed help and finally got therapy and meds. My experience with therapy wasn’t good at all though at the time.

I've discovered that Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a huge help to me, as are art therapy and group and peer support settings (which is surprising, because my anxiety is largely social in nature). I'm feeling all right now, but these mental health journeys are never linear and never finished.

It did help but i felt a bit out of place i was the youngest there but the only one on oxygen therapy, but everyone made me feel welcome and even made friends who then helped me get there via picking me up and stuff.
