Red light therapy, NIR, LLLT

Hi All,Has anyone used Red light therapy, NIR, LLLT to help rejuvenate ovaries and support overall fertility?

The clinic sessions are expensive... Has anyone purchased a home device which and has been successful? I see the home devices are very low power vs the clinic devices and the ones used in the Denmark and Japanese experiment.

Would really appreciate reading about other people's experiences and any success stories.

Many thanks xx

look at red light man website. I’ve got the 830 I think it is. Can’t tell you whether it’s worked or not yet, but at least I feel like I’m doing something productive. There’s a Facebook group all about it and other things related to fertility.

Many thanks Daisy. I'm abit confused about the 830nm because the studies are using 808/810 nm wavelength from what I recall. Am I missing something? Also do you have to be lying down to ensure deep penetration?

I go to a physiotherapist, they tend to have the higher level machines but might not know about the its use for fertility and therefore won’t charge the earth like some clinics which are niche and capitalise on our desperation. I just sent my one the studies.

Otherwise at home can be good but I find it confusing what strength would actually do anything. Beware of Facebook groups where they consistently push one product — this is because they get a commission, not because the ones they spruik are necessarily effective.

Exactly my fear, I feel like some groups really push a couple of devices and so I wonder if its genuinely the best device. There is a clinic in Harley st which has the giga laser but its £250 per session and for it to be effective it's needs to be 2 sessions a week...

You were clever to just go to a physio who has the powerful machine. I'm sure there are clinics dotted around London that have the giga laser, I just don't know how to locate them

You can email the giga laser directly to ask where they have machines! Otherwise just google cold laser therapy and see what pops up in your area. You want a class 4 laser.

I thought it was class 3b for fertility and that class 4 may be too powerful

Dear Joey, I've tried the LLLT with PRP and noticed nothing at all. In fact, the subsequent egg collection was the worst it had been so far. It's seen as holistic... Some people are reacting to it and some people aren't, you may be one of the lucky ones. Best of luck to you x

I don't have an experience to share yet but I'm about to start infra red sauna and red light therapy to try reduce inflammation before transfer, but it's quite affordable here. It was recommended to me by the lady that does my womb massage, she has seen success in some of her clients after red light therapy particulatly. I think its worth a shot xx
