I just joined this site hoping to find anything useful or good. I am diagnosed with PTSD and Panic Disorder with agoraphobia, I'm afraid it tends to define me, but not entirely. I think I'm somewhere in the middle of my journey. Hi!

My 91 year old mum had been denied her b12 injection again. The district nursing team had I now discovered discharged her after the last one?? The Gp didn't order more bloods on my request as is the cases when a referral is made in district nursing . She had her b12 injection today. š I've spoken

Feeling lost
I feel like Iāve maintained my anxiety pretty well over the last 20+ years. I take Paxil daily, which has worked. I still get the occasional panic attack but I have ways to cope with them. The last few days though have been really bad. I went out of town over the weekend and Iām sure that is contributing

I'm curious. So who else suffers from panic disorder due to only intrusive thoughts?
I had my panic disorder for nearly 5 years and the main trigger of my panic attacks is basically only due to intrusive thoughts about having more panic attacks. Nothing else triggers this. If I feel uncomfortable and have intrusive thoughts about panic attacks 9 times out of 10 I'll have a panic attack

Anxiety suffering
Hello all. I think this forum probably helps many people. You all deserve love and respect. I have suffered from anxiety and depression for probably 30 years. I was on Effexor for about 10 years with my anxiety somewhat under control. I tried to wean myself off the Effexor a few months ago and now

Anxiety
I'm sure it stems from self hatred. I don't know how to not hate myself? I think my friends hate me and it's come to the point where I'm terrified/nervous of them. I like myself for superficial things like how I'm good at my job ect. But I couldn't think of anything else. I was told to think "positively

Anyone else having to go off their meds for pregnancy?
Like most people, I suffer from anxiety and depression. I've been on Zoloft 100mg and Abilify 5mg for two years, which has worked WONDERS! Since I started IVF, my doctor took me completely off the Abilify and has me taking 50mg of Zoloft every other day. It's been roughly 3 weeks and man, am I feeling

Lack of communication
Hello , I have severe Ankylosing spondylitis for which I am on Adalimumab. I saw my Consultant two weeks ago we agree that I would stay on the Adalimumab and he would do a new prescription that day and send it to Healthcare at home. I only had one injection left which I took that day the 26th. As I

Setraline and epilepsy
My doctor has prescribed me sertraline as I suffer with severe health anxiety/OCD. I also take Lamotrigine for epilepsy (although mild and controlled). Does anyone else take both meds? There can be an interaction and my neurologist was far more for the CBT route initially but he doesnāt realise how bad

Anxiety about wisdom teeth removal
Hi everyone Iām getting my wisdom teeth out (all 4) in just over a week. Iām a little nervous because I havenāt had anything done like this before. Iām not really worried about the procedure itself, mostly about the recovery process. If youāve had your wisdom teeth out and remember what your recovery

Blood draw should I take meds before it?
Good morning and happy Easter š£ I wondered if anyone knows the answer to this? Iāve managed under much persuasion to get a T3T4 blood test as my under active thyroid symptoms are just at an all time maximum 100 Levothyroxine taken each day, however should I take my meds before the blood draw? Dr says

Doing blood test at 8.10am, when do I take NDT (ERFA) to get best result?
I am currently on a NDT (ERFA) trial with a Private Endo and need to do a Medichecks Advanced Thyroid test to see how the trial is going. I am currently taking 1 grain 7.30am and a half grain at 12.00 midday. I have read on here that it is important to adjust timing of meds sometimes to get the best

Hello family. I hope everyone is dealing with issues the best way you can. For the last month I've been dealing with horrible intrusive thoughts that kept my anxiety on 100 and it got to a point to where I thought I was going to act out whatever came to mind in the middle of the night.
