Citicoline Warning
Citicoline and choline contain the trimethylamine structure which can be detached by gut bacteria into standalone trimethylamine. Trimethylamine is toxic. Excessive intake of choline results in a dramatic increase in the risk of cardiovascular disease. My writing on this subject here: https://tinyurl.com

FET drugs emotional rollercoaster
Hi fellow warriors! No other reason to post other than vent 😂 I've had my third transfer last Thursday and while the other two were an absolute dream hormonally speaking, this one is making me genuinely crazy. The other two were medicated on the same protocol (one didn't take, the second ended in an

Thin lining at 5.6mm for FET - Any tips?
Hi all, Looking for some reassurance.. I am due to have my FET this month (fingers crossed). Has my initial scan on day 9 which showed a triple layer lining - which my scanning nurse said looked great however my lining was quite not ready and was measuring at 5.6mm. She advised anything that is 7

Does metoprolol succinate cause nocturia
I am on Flecainide 25 mg in am and pm, and metoprolol succinate 25 mg in the am, and 2.5 mg eliquis in am & pm. Although bph can cause nocturia, has metoprolol succinate and eliquis also been known to cause it?

Mirtazapine for anxiety, anyone?
Hello, I'm curious what other people's experiences are if taking or have taken Mirtazapine for anxiety. My doctor told me this was pretty much the last option he can offer. I'm also on Buspirone (which I don't think helps) and Gabapentin, but the Mirtazapine is new to me and I just increased it to 15

Antidepressant question
I am currently on 2.5 mg Lexapro. Its great and takes the edge off. However, I did have some panic attacks and my doc mentioned 5 mg might be a better standard low dose. I want to take 5 mg but I am scared of serotonin syndrome or any side effects with increasing dose. Any advise? I have taken lexapro

Hand grip training for lowering blood pressure?
Good morning all you helpful people. I’ve just heard a fascinating thing on the Zoe podcast, about hand grip strength and high blood pressure. Apparently, using a hand-held device to strengthen your hand grip over several weeks can effectively lower your blood pressure. I’ve had a look online, and it

I'm back after 4 months. I need someone to talk to.

klonopin vs Xanax
hey y’all! So I’m on my 6th go of trying new meds for my panic disorder. Tried a lot of things in the past and right now my Dr is thinking of adding either klonopin or xanax to my twice daily buspirone, but I told her I wanted to ask around first. I know everyone experiences things differently but I’

Dentistry Query viz Thyroid
Hello...has anyone got any advice on whether it is okay for us hypos to have gold as a crown in dentistry? My dentist is trying to save what is left of a big molar after a large, old (amalgam) filling broke up on some food recently. Because there is not much tooth surface left for a filling to hold

Journaling failures and tips
I believe, and my neurologist and therapist have recommended, that I start journaling. This is something that I have wanted to do for decades and hoping, planning, and then failing again to start seems to create a daily source of frustration, guilt, and disappointment. If I could do one line a day that

Can you help with observations.
I guess my question is : is my daughter being weighed down by unnecessary medications which are being prescribed to her so that a box can be ticked. I am concerned about the health of her liver etc. She is 45 and has been suffering since the age of 15. It is a form of BPD . The problem as I see it is
