Oy! Rough night.
Ok now I know for sure there is a correlation between reflux meds
pepcid
a.c. and tums. Had a bad bout yesterday, took some heartburn meds and ended up with break through RLS all night. Ughhh. Body aches today. Exhausted. Back to bicarb. And restricted diet.

Help with results and advice please
First of all I apologise in advance for the long post but I really would value your opinions before I am due to see an endo next week. I started with digestive difficulties and fatigue some 20yrs ago after a long period of looking after an older sick child having had a new baby. When things settled

Since this forum's precious and irreplaceable advice, I begun supplementing with Vitamin D, C, iron, B12 and B complex, K2, and continued my HLC and pepsin, cider vinegar/lemon and probiotics. I am in 125 T4 which I take last thing at night and

Betaine HCL
Good morning, I have been taking the above, 600 mg betaine, 60mg pepsin as I suspected low stomach acid. I am up to 7 tablets with each meal with no warm sensation in my stomach as described on numerous websites. Is this normal and how far do I go? Any advice or insight would be appreciated.
