Liver Met Symptoms

Hello, what are typical symptoms of liver met progression? I am having a lot of trouble with digestion, so much so I can't sleep and much of what I eat causes me discomfort

My onc nurse suggested Pepcid but it is not helping.

Any information is appreciated.

My onc think it may be a stomach issue unrelated to liver mets. Have appointment with gastro doc at end of month.
