Bad parenting and anxiety
I have such a bad relationship with my parents. They blame me for literally everything. I have so many problems and i can't talk to them about anything because i don't trust them. They don't treat me nice. We fight all day every day and i cant do anything without being judged. They're the main reason

What am I missing?? Six year old with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression/ mood disorder and constant aggression/ violent outbursts
I feel like we need to make a change in our care team or get a second opinion or just do something else because what we are doing (ABA therapy, psychiatry, OT, therapy for
parenting
strategies) is clearly not working. What are we missing?

Starting again?
Hey everyone I had to stop running due to being
parenting
during the summer holidays, then having surgery in August. My last ābigā run was 10th August , so obviously in that time Iāve lost a lot of fitness. Do I need to restart the program, or go back to a specific week? What are your thoughts?

People of HU - 'A day in a life' living with OCD
Offering myself the same compassion I would offer a friend or loved one navigating OCD and
parenting
helps me keep from falling into self-criticism and frustration at the end of the day.

Morning struggles
They have been recently late to school because they choose the worst time to decide what they want to wear or eat before taking their medication ( generic brand of Adderall XR) I've tried everything they tell me to do in

Scared sertraline parenting mental health
I'm new here and posted on another thread but think this one's more relevant. I have ptsd from an incident in the army, I was diagnosed in 2016. After a rough ride with this and venlafaxine issues I actually became med free and was doing quite well for a good while, however I did drink alcohol and smoke

I feel lost. I think I'm done
His authoritarian
parenting
has made me and my sister almost incapable to make our own decisions. And now that we are older, we are on our own because he doesn't know any better. I'd like to think that I've got it the easiest out of the rest (my mum and younger sister).

Relapse is a part of Recovery
I was already dealing with
parenting
stress, pandemic overload and the emotional toll of trauma work. I knew my OCD was flaring a bit, but I'd taken steps to manage it. I was using all my tools and I started seeing my ERP specialist individually again. I thought I had this handled!Ā Ā
