Is there anyone here who has similar struggles with parenting and depression?

You can't call in sick from parenting can you? So, when you're not feeling your best what's your go to to get through the parenting duties.

Would love to meet people in similar circumstances, parenting alone or coparenting for company and friendship. Does anyone know of any that exist in Norfolk and Suffolk?

I have had difficulty in the past setting firm boundaries as I focussed on gentle parenting. We have no idea what to do now. We are constantly walking on eggshells, stressed, tired, worried and upset. Any ideas would be so appreciated.

Like… it feels like emotional abuse to me, but apparently it’s justified in Asian parenting?

She does nothing for parenting , the only job she has got to do outside her office is ordering some grocery , folding cloths and making him have dinner. other than this all her time and thought is devoted to think and help about her mother.

Is there a group to discuss the struggles that can often rise for a parent with adhd as far as creating dangerous situations for the children due to distractibilty, zoning out, not remember basic safety precautions, distractibility when driving, etc.?

She is currently still at school and as part of her GCSE course she has been given the opportunity to participate in a parenting simulation project. she is very keen to do this as essentially you are caring for a manikin doll carrying out all of the parenting duties.

I need to do parenting classes online if anyone has any advice on which app to use and which is easiest to do as I'm not great with technology, my baby boy was removed from me because I was abused as a child and they are saying I will do the same as my father to my baby boy" learned behavior they call

Could I benefit from having an ADHD coach or therapist that I could meet with on occassion to run some of these parenting issues we are dealing with through the lens of somewhat who understands this diagnosis?

To examine what current support disabled mothers receive from their Local Authority (LA) and how they perceive this facilitates them in their parenting role.
