Hi! I have an almost 5 year old boy diagnosed ADHD who struggles with aggression and impulse control. He's medicated with with Guanfacine. I find that it's not that effective for him. As an ADHD parent who is parenting ADHD children I just wanted to say you’re doing a great job. Please report them, I have but someone who does this has little else to focus on… so sorry this is now being impacted and not a safe space.

After a bit of googling it seems they are possibly suggesting I have rheumatoid arthritis which is nice so I'll be looking for tips on living (and parenting) with this.

I want to run away but of course I made the decision to have a child who’s now five that I’m having the hardest time parenting it’s all just too much I can’t catch a break with always feeling low the highs don’t last. Therapy isn’t working I feel so lost

You can't call in sick from parenting can you? So, when you're not feeling your best what's your go to to get through the parenting duties.

I have had difficulty in the past setting firm boundaries as I focussed on gentle parenting. We have no idea what to do now. We are constantly walking on eggshells, stressed, tired, worried and upset. Any ideas would be so appreciated.
