Paracetamol

I have been piggy backing paracetamol and ibuprofen all day today. Even if this is feeling better. I am not sure about running this close to Christmas and risking injury again.... Thoughts? MccHa so sorry buddy....😪

I have Mebeverine and Buscopan in my meds cupboard, but not taken anything except paracetamol, which hasn't touched it at all. Help, I am desperate and tired because the pain is keeping me from sleeping. Thank you.

I do take some small relief in Paracetamol & and my husband now believes my favourite perfume is Deep Heat or Radian B - as that is all he can smell on me apparently 😁 Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated Thank you and here’s to a hopeful & safe New Year for you all

I was in so much pain relief prior to the stents and didn’t notice any scar pain, now i am only on paracetamol morning and night but find i am getting disturbed sleep due to scar pain and tenderness, i also get like a sharp pinprick stabbing pain at top of sternum, has anyone else experienced this?

I’m taking ibuprofen and paracetamol and can still feel it. Like a crushing feeling. I’m thinking it doesn’t agree with me and may need to stop. Has anyone else had the same? If so when will it go? Is it just your body getting used to it ?

Actually, I'm not really surprised as they didn't have a clue about GCA and sent me away several times to nurse myself with paracetamol. Also, because of my acid reflux problems, I've been unable to take calcium supplements, although I'm ok with oil based vitamin D.

My question is: if this is GCA (I have no other symptoms) would it be relieved by paracetamol? I do seem to get relief, although the pain returns after a time.

Update on IV chemo of paclitaxel, traztuzumab , pertuzumab treatments for triple positive metastatic breast cancer . After progression on Ibrance and faslodex injections . Mets present in bones , lungs ( small ) liver 3 Mets and a few active lymph nodes. Round 1 is completed! So far not too bad . I

I was examined, told at some time possibly Sept/Oct I may have had covid without symptoms and now have Long Covid with symptoms - take paracetamol? I was very unwell and on 19th Dec was in an ambulance going to hospital.

Unfortunately I've got a bad reoccurrence of a back spinal injury but my AFib medication doesn't allow me to take Ibuprofen, can anyone please advise what options I have to take an alternative anti-inflamatory medication, something stronger than paracetamol. Thank you.

It’s only been the last ten years that I gave up all meds ( except dissolvable paracetamol) that I ve come to terms with it.
