GCA tapering
Had my gallbladder removed mid October all went well but second week of post op recovery I developed a headache the like of which I'd not had before and just didn't feel normal,
paracetamol
did nothing. Spoke to my GP who saw me that afternoon and took bloods, etc.

Frozen shoulder?
He said that in his experience, a lot of weird symptoms like mine do just go eventually, his implication being that I should just do the best I can with NSAIDs and
paracetamol
and suck it up.

Day 9 of head injuryness. It started off tediously and got boringer and boringer from there.
This is day 9 and I’m still knocking back
paracetamol
like they’re smarties. I’ve still got some suspended orb of pain that’s roaming around my front lobe like ball lightning, and I’ve still got that rash. Although that may be unrelated. I had my first day back at work yesterday.

First period after laproscopy
Post surgery I felt okay, I rested and really tried to take care of myself and didn't have to take any pain relief except
paracetamol
twice. My period arrived on Saturday ( when it was due) and it's like hell has unleashed.

PMR Journey begins
I made a mild mannered friend and investment with Ibuprofen and then combined with
Paracetamol
that has kind of carried me through the last year. But slowly this has tapered off with hardly any effect.

Ibs, nausea and headaches
I take dicycloverine 20 mg and
paracetamol
for the gut cramps and pain I also drink mint tea which sometimes helps with the wind. Also lying down on my left side sometimes helps. Ibs is hell as you all know it's finding different strategies to deal with it.

PMR vs Fibromyalgia - getting my story straight for doc's appointment.
Paracetamol
doesn't touch it, though I do have some response to NSAIDs, but nowhere near the relief I get from pred.
Does that make sense and have I missed anything out, do you think?

what next heart rate high again and I am now symptomatic
I am taking
paracetamol
for pain but I am concerned this can’t interfere with warfarin and inr. It seems these high heart rates and afib are causing my pain and shortness of breath can anyone advise me what next.

ileostomy surgery recovery
I need pain relief but I don’t tolerate it well I stuck to just
paracetamol
but it wasn’t helping at all as my back is also killing me trying to deal with the surgery and all the cramping so I’ve been trying shortec this week which is what I had in hospital but it feels like it’s making my cramping worse

BRVO and AF
Of course, no-one will say, yes, go ahead, but has anyone heard of this, and has anyone stopped taking the blood thinners, as NSADS and aspirin can't be taken as well, and when I had a flare up of my sacroiliac joint recently,
paracetamol
, being the only thing I could take, was ineffective.

I take nothing other than
Paracetamol
or Co Codamol for these. (have tried other painkillers in the past but get very bad side effects with them). I also have several other illnesses which are mainly controlled by medication.

Leg pain post ablation
Saw GP, muscle strain, take
paracetamol
for 6 weeks. 2& half weeks later, dropped one
paracetamol
dose, pain is still really bad. Can’t lie on rt side in bed, puncture site feels restricted, hip really hurts. Is it related to op? Feels really weird! Any suggestions? Liz

Heart attack, 6 month on
Firstly I vertually never took any meds pre op, no aspirin,
paracetamol
etc I had a bit of "don't need them" attitude, again I consider my self lucky.

Grumpy Old Lady in pain
That I have only been back in the UK for five years after living in Africa and don’t know about the extensive use of
Paracetamol
in the NHS? (What would have happened if I had self diagnosed? taken loads of
Paracetamol
tablets and caused liver damage - then I would have been the idiot!

Then of course I got a bad tooth infection and have been on antibiotics for the last two weeks and took codine and
paracetamol
to ease the pain. The pain has now settled so taking
paracetamol
when needed but my point of this is to mention the painkillers.

I am feeling fairly tired most days and on bad days I have joint pain, slight nausea which is cured by two
paracetamol
and going back to bed. I am unsure if I should keep going and my system will eventually stabilise or should I go back a dose and try again in a few weeks?
