I’m not a doctor but with a temperature that high it sounds likely that you are fighting some kind of infection, it might be the covid but I would definitely get it checked out with a doctor. I would not advise taking anything but paracetamol is normal for the go to medication.
Please get yourself checked out by a doctor, good luck.
Where are you on Holiday ie UK or abroad. If UK call 101 and explain your situation and symptom's. You may get antiviral Covid medication. If abroad and declared Cirrhosis on your insurance contact them straight away. If you have no cover get yourself to hospital and get get checked out.
I have had covid twice. I did not require hospital treatment although I was sent antivirals. I felt like **** for a few days then I was ok.
