Hi All

Back home post op, whilst in it became clear opioids did not not like me at all!!! Visual disturbances etc. But it was manageable with everything going on.

Day 3 at home ( paracetamol and 15mg codeine with a liquid Oxy at night ) it’s clear it’s getting worse, 3 migraines yesterday and awoke with brutal pains behind eyes this morning.

Will try hospital today but as released don’t expect much.

Anyone had similar and tried some different pain control? Any suggestions greatly appreciated

I will obvs speak to doctor tomorrow but experience tells me if you go with options / research it’s helps!!

Cheers Colin

Morning, sorry to hear of the opiod issues. They affected my husband too, although differently from you. He just stopped them after a week - the pain was so much easier to cope with than the side effects. Hope you feel better soon.
