GCA and Earache
Paracetamol
and codeine helped a bit but I had a niggling feeling that this didn’t seem right, I know my body. I was very tired, jaw hurt when chewing and was losing weight. I was eating only yoghurt and soup.

Pmr or just a sore back?
Both heat and time help, possibly the
paracetamol
. I'm not sure that the pred makes a difference, and am tempted to slowly reduce again. Is it possible that the back is not related to the pred reduction? I don't have more pmr-type pain.

am I relying too much on Pred?
Rather like taking
paracetamol
immediately if I get a headache. Shouldn’t I face up to the fact I have had a stressful day and live through it? In other words, “grow up dear”. But the idea of a flare terrifies me.

Not sure what to do....
So.... probably the same story as many of you here: I have probably had endo for a very very long time, frequent visits to doctors re bleeding and pain etc. to be told "it's just your period, have you taken some
paracetamol
?".

Fever for 5 weeks (viral meningitis)
I take
paracetamol
daily, but every time I stop, the fever returns. The uncertainty is causing anxiety, especially with a baby and a 17-year-old to care for. My partner is taking care of me and the kids, but this can't go on indefinitely.

Painful Breast
Also cocodamol,
paracetamol
and ibuprofen do nothing to relive the symptoms. The feedback I received from last time was that she should receive a CT scan as Mammograms and not conclusive. Her situation has not involved and therefore, I am looking for further possible answers to her problem.

Gabapentin success
To stop this I was taking it
paracetamol
and codeine. Last night because I have a bad cold and a chesty cough I decided to take trebonN. Again it's over the counter. It works amazingly.

Given that anything stronger than

I have 16 left which means I have taken 84 since 12th January but I’m not sure if I should be taking them less frequently than that, I do take
paracetamol
when the pain is not so bad but find Zapain is much better.

Poor communication or misunderstanding?
😅 She also advised me to take ibuprofen and
paracetamol
together for pain management... to which I responded by telling her I am on Oramorph for the really bad days and Codeine for the other , slightly less painful days🙃 It just felt like she wasn't bother about what I was saying and wanted me in and

Latest re -Lupus and Covid?
I rang the GP and had a locum call back but his only suggestion was
paracetamol
. I asked about Covid treatment for Lupus patients but he did not seem to know whether this was still available. I have tried the NHS site but it is not clear whether my wife is eligible or not .

2nd trimester pain - fibroids?
Paracetamol
type of meds not helping much. Anti spasm meds helping a bit. I am trying to keep warm and to reduce gas inducing beans and such and to avoid seated positions for a long time. Any other ideas? Or any other potential sources for the pain?

⁹Suspect 1mg was too low, next step?
One
paracetamol
reduced it about 90%. Day 3 today, still there, both sides but more on left side. However, so far none of the hand and wrist joint aches have re-appeared. So now I am confused. I had no stiff neck before I upped the dose by 5mg but now I have reduced again it has kicked in.

He took
paracetamol
& used Bio Freeze, similar to deep heat. He got progressively worse, a GP diagnosed Frozen Shoulder over the phone, prescribed Co-Codamol & Naproxen. Within days he was in a state of collapse, couldn’t walk and lost a lot of weight.
