Herbal Alternative medicine/ non addictive for anxiety/panic attacks
Does anyone have experience with taking 5-HTP? I wasn’t prescribed Lorazepam and it was making me feel very high and sleepy. I don’t want to get addicted to it. What are the herbal pills I could take? I struggle with generalized anxiety/panic attacks, thanks 🙏🏻

Does anyone have any experience taking this? I currently take 5-HTP but I’m not seeing a difference. I don’t know how much longer I can deal with the depression and anxiety that I’m dealing with. It’s been since May when it suddenly appeared, with no signs of it disappearing. It’s painful. The feeling

Cortisol results - help needed please
Hi guys, I was hoping for some help interpreting my cortisol test results. Looking at the results it looks like my adrenals are normalising? Recent bloods also showed sodium, potassium, and magnesium levels are in the high or normal range, so it looks like no more mineral dumping is going on, and I

Cortisol results – help needed please
Hi guys, Advice needed please regarding my cortisol results and related changes to adrenal symptoms. I took the test after stopping Adrenavive and prednisone for over 2 weeks, so this is a true reflection of my levels without medication. Hopefully, you will agree with my actions to phase out prednisone

Questions on Natural remedies for Anxiety, Depression, and Sleeplessness.
I have dealt with anxiety, depression and sleeplessness for more than 2/3s of my life. I had a life changing experience recently and want to do everything I can naturally to get better. I have dealt with cigarette, marijuana, caffeine, and sometimes alcohol addiction. I have decided that for once

Crippling fatigue and brain fog ruining my life
Male, 23, 5’10, 165 lbs, White Hello, My health has felt like it’s been in the crapper for way too long. When I was 12-13 I was diagnosed with mild GERD (acid reflux). Right around this time I also started developing a bit of general anxiety, but again wasn't debilitating. And then, starting around

Severe fatigue and brain fog destroying my life
Hello friends, I have been dealing with these same issues for far too long! Little long, but here goes: Starting when I was 16, I woke up one day and noticed I was a little tired for some odd reason. I have been tired ever since that day. I am currently a 23 year old otherwise healthy male. Not

Levo dose changed, 2nd set lab reports - bit confusing!! Help appreciated
5 weeks ago following lovely advice from here and a visit to a private hormone clinic, I reduced my levo from 150 to 125, (and started oral progesterone and oestrogen patch for menopause). Still not right with pins and needles and anxiety and panic being worst symptoms. Did another Thriva blood test

5-HTP for depression?
Does anyone know about taking 5-HTP for depression? I bought some then I read on the bottle that you shouldn't take it if you're taking anti-depressants. (I know, it was stupid of me to buy it without reading more about it.)

Advice on Melatonin for sleep please ...
Hello all, Could I please get some advice on Melatonin. Does it work? Are there side effects? Have tried everything else including CBD oil, 5-HTP. (All vits are optimal). If anyone has had a good experience with a particular brand, and could point me in the right direction of where you've purchased

5-HTP - A Trigger?
I take quite a few supplements. These days before I buy anything new I Google the name of the supplement and AFib to see if I get any legitimate hits. Wanting to try a new sleep aid that has 25 mg of 5-HTP I was surprised to see a few references that said 5-HTP was a trigger for some. Because it helps
