Erections Possible while on Orgovyx?

I’m on Lupron rather than Orgovyx but they are similar. I take a 40 mg daily maintenance dose of Sildenafil (generic Viagra) and more as needed, up to 100 mg and I can achieve an erection.
How long have you been on Lupron? Have you found it easier or harder to get an erection the longer you've been on Lupron?
Any idea if it's easier or harder to get an erection while taking Apalutamide?
I’ve been on Lupron since I was diagnosed about 7 1/2 years ago. I was also on Abiraterone twice. Once for about a year when I was first diagnosed and most recently for about 18 months. The Abi has started to fail and I have just been switched to Xtandi. I’ve been on it for 3 days now.
My ability to get an erection hasn’t changed much I started on Lupron, though my sex drive has definitely decreased.
I don’t know about Apalutamide and erections but I’m thinking it would be about the same though it works differently than Lupron, Abiraterone, and, I think, Orgovyx. Those meds stop the body from creating testosterone while Apalutamode is an addrogen receptor inhibitor so it stops the body from ‘absorbing’ the testosterone it creates. Both classes of drugs are depriving the body of testosterone which is a big cause of erectile dysfunction.
I asked my doctor if I could "power through" and make myself go through the motions of sexual activity in order to increase my libido and ability to get an erection if I go on Apalutamide. He said it might be possible since Ap doesn't completely inhibit testosterone from reaching the brain and nervous system. It's a clinical trial to use Ap on men with contained PCq or with some EPE, so that may be part of what they're studying.
Mine stopped suddenly during the honeymoon when I was married to my ex-wife...........
