I do get slight headaches that are transient. My urologist highly recommended D-Mannose to prevent UTIs and so far I’ve not had any UTIs.

yes I get slight headaches especially in the morning. Ve also had a bladder infection that has finally gone away. That took a month.

I had headaches that diminished and went away a few weeks after starting.

"Bladder infections," are listed as common. That being said, I have noticed that I take Orgo at 9am, and around 2pm it hurts/burns to urinate, at first I thought, "bladder infection." But as time went by I noticed that the burning maxed about 5 hours after taking Orgo, then diminished and was gone by late evening, only to return the next day. I don't think I ever had a bladder infection, I think the stuff acts as an irritant. Five hours after taking would be Cmax (maximum blood level).

I’m 7.5 months in on Orgovyx. Neither have plagued me 🙏🏻

Johnscats, I’ve been on Orgovyx for 12 months now. No headaches or UTIs. CV issues primarily, which were mitigated by BP meds. Otherwise, just the standard SEs from ADT therapy. Best wishes with your drug regimen.
