Mayo Clinic Received a totally different approach to managing my MPN
Hi Everyone, Currently I am being treated for PCV and taking Coumadin (hx of Blood clots x2) and Besremi since June 2022 per my MPN specialist in Denver, CO. I saw a MPN specialist at the Mayo Clinic last week and he advised me that based on the WHO criteria for PCV that my MPN is unclassified.

lymph nodes
After prostate surgery 2007, radiation 2009 general area, PSA went up 4.6. Started on Lupron, hot flashes, very very tiredness, switched to Casodex. PSA went down back up and dow again, from .23 to .83 recently. Went in for nuclear scan, showed lymph nodes only area positive. What is the treatment now

Ki scores
hello. Just wanted to reach out and see if anyone knows their Ki score and what their oncologists say about predictability in outcomes. My fathers Ki score is 67-70% which Google has informed me is high. I think this means that it is very Chemo sensitive. Does anyone else have a high Ki score and how

Will a cold stop chemo?
Hello everyone. My first chemo is planned for Thursday but I’ve started with a bloody cold today (sniffles and sneezes, no temperature as yet) - do you think it’ll stop my treatment going ahead?

chemo side effect
I am on cisplatin right now after having to stop Jevetana due to side effects. One side effect I am dealing with now are numb lower lips. They feel like getting Novocain at a dentists office. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix.

Hi, thank you for letting my husband and I join in… As I am trying to find information on how to deal with my husband’s sever plaque psoriasis, awful psoriasis flares after docetaxel chemotherapy infusion treatments and high glucose levels/numbers that seem to coincide with these extreme psoriasis flares

Had #15 Cabazitaxel on Friday, now at Jagged Little Pill musical based on the Alanis Morrisette album
Haven't posted a "Life's too short to stay home" episode in a bit . At the Pantages to see this musical. Loved the album from like '95 Chemo went well, MO came by and chatted, still awaiting Kaiser Medicare to approve the PSMA. PSA jumped from 4.2 to 5 in three weeks, with T at 13🤔 Did a slow

Afternoon all. So my 73 year old Dad was diagnosed last June and had 95% of his tumour removed. He had three weeks of radio and chemo and has just completed his 12th round of TMZ in August with very little side effects (thankfully) The chemo has been doing the trick and there was a residual amount left
