Opioids
were the problem, they were causing gastro-oesophageal reflux; they were numbing the pain around my muscles and heart, but creating another one ten times worse. It is now added to my medical record that I am allergic to Oxycodone. I was allowed to walk by myself and have a shower.

It's been a journey
Opioids
? They work and I can tolerate but no one prescribes it anymore. Flexeril? If I want to sleep 24/7 sure. Skelaxin helps but constipates. Since I still work part time and watch my grandson often, I really need to function.

Hi, just after a bit of advice...
I'm a bit concerned about long-term
opioids
and chronic pain. I've been taking
opioids
since 2010 roughly, and I went to see a Pain Clinic person and she said that she was stopping all my pain meds (which were Longtec, Lynlor and Oramorph).

Have You Tried a Dopamine Agonist?
Opioids
are also very effective, but extremely hard to get from a Dr. given our society's current drug addiction rate.

I'm desperate because nothing touches this pain, not iboprofen, not Aleve, not even
opioids
. What would you do?

Asymptomatic high ferritin
After coming off the
opioids
, I experienced severe restless legs. While researching this affliction , I got my doctor to test my ferritin level. It was over 1000!

Moving on to radiotherapy
Radiotherapy and
opioids
are the course of action. Would be interested in hearing others experiences with radiotherapy and Targin.

Awful nausea with co-codamal and transdermal patch
My chemist says its probably also the
opioids
I'm taking for the pain. But I really can't go on feeling this sick all the time. Has anyone else had reactions like this to codeine or the patches? Thanks all x
