FET booked for next week. Advise on uterine lining?
Hi everyone, Booked in to have our FET next Tuesday. I stop the menopur injections after tomorrow and start on the cyclojest pressaries three times a day as well as being on estrogen tablets three times a day. My lining measured at 7.2, and our clinic is happy with anything over 6. After a little

Low estrogen, AFib, & Maca
Hello everyone, yesterday I wrote about the results of the tests and conversation I had with my naturopath and I wrote about Maca, specifically a blend for post menopausal women called MacaPause. I thought I'd pull out that topic and create a separate post with more information on it. My blood test showed

Can Progynova and cyclogest prevent a bleed?
On day of transfer my lining was a fat 18.5mm - I never normally have issues with lining its usual 9-11mm on its own so I knew with the
Oestrogen
it’d be thick lol. So yesterday I started with mild period cramps which progressed into awful full on deep cramps all night which has kept me awake.

Estrogen and various veins
Hi everyone, hoping someone can advise on the link between estrogen and various veins. I'm 47 and think I'm starting menopause. In the previous 4 months when my period starts my right leg goes numb and it can be a bit frightening. I now have quite a striking vein which is raised and runs from my thigh

Update on Naturopath tests
Hello all, The Real Nella sends her greetings, along with me. She has been enjoying her morning yoga routine lately. 😹😹 I shared a few weeks ago that I decided to see a naturopath. I found a nearby doc who happens to be the son of the Integrative/Metabolic Cardiologist I mentioned in an earlier post

Not sure.....
I've already started on the jab on day 1 of AF and now I'm to start on the
oestrogen
tablets. My question is has most people taken
oestrogen
for 12 days straight without a scan? I don't want my lining to get too thick, which I believe it can..... advise would be great please xx

Lupus and soya milk/ estrogen
This question is for lupus ladies going through the menopause. Have any of you taken Soya milk for menopausal relief? Does it make you feel better or worse? I was having a difficult peri menopause and was recommended to start taking soya milk every day. So I’ve been taking it for about two years Daily

Was anyone on this list “cancer free” until her initial diagnosis at stage IV? Also do you feel worse on the 7 days off?
I was diagnosed Jan 3rd 2019 with secondary neoplasm to the bone. (Ribs and some in hip), and they think the primary source is breast cancer bc there was estrogen in the biopsy of my hips. But I just had a breast MRI and the tumor is so small it seems it is not detectable. I am on Ibrance, Femara and

Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) Alters ABC Transport at the Blood-Brain Barrier
Obviously we want fire-resistant furniture and electrical goods. Trouble seems to be that how we achieve those goals could be having a plethora of effects on us. [i] Toxicol Sci. 2019 Mar 4. pii: kfz059. doi: 10.1093/toxsci/kfz059. [Epub ahead of print]

birth control types that worked best to manage endo symptoms.
Hey Gals!, I am looking for a strong birth control to manage endometriosis. Do the more potent birth control pills attack endometriosis more aggressively? I was on a 1-35 estrogen progestin birth control combination pill called Necon and it made me severely nauseated so my doctor lowered the dosage to

It needs to come before the 9th Feb so that I can do my depo shot before starting on
Oestrogen

I know I have asked but really like to know if anyone has had a lot of fluid retention from ibrance or Arimidex? I’m curious to see from which one causes it and what they may replace it with. I go to oncologist Monday and would like to know what options are on them or are the meds going to continue

You know I take B12 and it helps with tiredness. I don’t understand why the doctors prescribe iron or some type of energy builders and vitamins. It seems that they only focus on cancer and not the whole body effects of the cancer and meds we are taking. I take Ibrance and estrogen blocker also.

I had a hysterectomy with ovaries removed 6 months ago so she would like me to increase my
oestrogen
HRT to see if it helps. Main symptoms are weight gain, low mood, joint pain, constipation, dry skin and losing hair.

Life after diagnosis, surgery and treatment
Hi All! I was diagnosed in Nov 2017. I had a mastectomy in Dec 2017 followed by chemo from January to May 2018. I had HER2 so continued Herceptin until Dec 2018. Now I'm on an Estrogen blocker for 5 years and getting back to "normal". After losing most of my hair I was brave enough to go without

Advice on TSH levels
This involves taking
oestrogen
every day to prepare my womb lining for a transfer. Prior to the cycle my TSH was slightly high for pregnancy at 2.5. The doctor advised that I increase my medication to 125mg per day/150mg at weekends. Unfortunately the
oestrogen
has made my TSH shoot up to 6.6.

Now in a relationship and so comes the inevitable question, I have previously only been OK with
oestrogen
only contraceptives implant or injection. Does anyone know if this is going to affect my t3 uptake I cannot find anything conclusive... I'd be so so grateful...
