I am due for a Frozen transfer next week but I’ve been spotting for a few days. I’ve been on buserelin for the past 3 weeks and started Oestradol a week ago. This is my second transfer and I did t have spotting with the first but I wasn’t taking estrogen (oestradol) has anyone had this? I had a scan

Misleading info about ADT being protective against the Covid-19 virus.
I've been reading posts by tall Allen, how androgen deprivation therapy is protective against Covid-19 virus and this is very concerning to me because nothing that he's putting out there is showing a study of proof of this being so. The reality is nobody really knows. I've included a link to a news

Alternatives to Downreg with 3.75mg Lupron/Decapetyl shot?
Hi gorgeous ladies, Sending love to you all in these unprecedented times as we all learn how to survive in this new fear/anxiety fuelled society. I am grieving not having the option to be a mum this year any more - but grateful I had already moved to the Donor Egg option so time is not as pressing as

Anyway, he has now recommended I try amitriptyline, the gnrh analogue injections again and

Losing hope.. running out of options with my thin lining
Firstly... thoughts with all those who have had to postpone their treatment due to the current situation and sending lots of love. I Had my FET cancelled today due to thin lining, it was only 4.8 after 19 days of 14mg of estrogen in patches, oral and virginal pills, viagra and aspirin. I had been on

Day 7 scan. Sizes of follicles
Lining is good apparently and bloods showed
oestrogen
at 3200. They have me in tomorrow for another scan. Is it likely that all 5 will be big enough for collection? Or will the ones at 14 still be too small? Thanks ladies. Xxx

Test Results Help Please
I’ve had to gradually reduce my
oestrogen
hrt over the past couple of years as I find it seems to exacerbate brain fog if it’s above a low level. Over the past year or so my fatigue and brain fog have become debilitating, so I recently had some blood tests to rule out a thyroid problem.

CRPC & Transdermal Estrogen
New to PubMed, below [1]. British, but seemingly unrelated to the estradiol PATCH trial. "This study was carried out to determine the safety and effectiveness of transdermal estrogens in CRPC." {Although note the later use of DES.} This was a dose-escalation study. "A starting dose of 50 mcg/24 hours

Endo & mirena w/out estrogel?
Hi everyone, I’m new on here. I’ve had the mirena coil for a year due to very aggressive endo (strictures in ureters, ovaries stuck, bowel adhesions) but had to ask for estrogen gel supplementation as I was unable to sleep due to excessive night sweats (45 so prob perimenopause). The pain and night sweats

Thin lining buddies!
Hello, I just wanted to update people as its been 7 months since my last update about my thin lining. Just a recap, I had my first cycle of IVF in March 2019. We got 7 embryos that all made it to blastocyst stage which we were so happy with. However we realised then that the lining was going to be

Will slow-growing follicles catch up?
Hi all, I have just embarked on my 2nd round of IVF. I have low amh (4) and endo stage 4. At my baseline scan I was told I had an AFC of 12, but today (day 4 of stims) I was told that my AFC is 8 and only 2 follicles look like they are growing as they should (2 were 9/10 mm and the rest below 6).
